DT Economics is pleased to welcome Chiara Garbellini as a principal consultant. Chiara is a regulatory economist with experience advising clients across a range of regulated sectors including telecoms, energy and payments.

Prior to joining DT Economics, Chiara was a director in another economic consulting firm, where she advised clients on regulatory and competition issues in the context of market reviews and new regulatory proposals, with particular focus on the assessment of regulatory risk and revenue modelling for regulated assets. Chiara also previously worked as an economist at GSMA, where she provided economic consulting and research on a variety of public policy and regulatory issues, particularly in the areas of spectrum and mobile money. This included econometric modelling and collaboration with both mobile operators and academic experts worldwide.
