DT Economics partner, David Thomas, has been appointed to a CMA inquiry panel for a Phase 2 consideration of the merger of Veolia and Suez. These companies are two of the largest suppliers of waste management services to councils and businesses in the UK and global leaders in the sector. The transaction is being reviewed by a number of competition authorities globally.
