Tim Keyworth joins DT Economics as Senior Advisor

DT Economics is pleased to welcome Tim Keyworth as Senior Advisor. Tim is a regulatory economist with 30 years of experience across energy, water, health, payments, telecoms and aviation regulation, including service as Chief Economist at Oftel. He has extensive experience of CMA regulatory appeals and market investigations, including the PR24 water redeterminations and RIIO-2, and has given evidence to the UK High Court, the Competition Appeal Tribunal and the House of Lords. Tim's knowledge of water sector costs, outputs and outcomes is a particular asset to DTE's growing price control advisory practice.
