DT Economics welcomes Thomas Hain as Senior Advisor. Thomas is a regulatory accounting and ICT policy specialist with over 20 years' experience in telecoms, including eight years advising the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of Bahrain. His expertise in regulatory accounting frameworks and cost modelling, combined with extensive World Bank work across Africa and the Middle East, gives DT Economics particular depth in developing markets. As a native French speaker, Thomas also extends the firm's reach into Francophone African markets.
