David Gough joins DT Economics as Senior Advisor

DT Economics welcomes David Gough as Senior Advisor. David is Director of DG Regulatory Finance Ltd and brings over 25 years of experience advising regulators and regulated companies across water, energy, transport and communications on regulatory accounting, cost allocation and price control matters. Earlier in his career, David held senior regulatory finance roles at BT. He has since advised Ofcom, Ofgem, the CAA and the Commission for Regulation of Utilities in Ireland, as well as regulators in the Middle East and Europe.
