David Thomas has been appointed as deputy inquiry chair to a group of independent panel members investigating the completed merger by Ecolab of Holchem. Ecolab and Holchem, who completed their merger in November 2018, are two of the largest suppliers of cleaning chemicals to food and drink manufacturers in the UK.
