David Thomas appointed to FCA Competition Decision Committee

DT Economics partner David Thomas has been appointed as a member of the Competition Decision Committee (CDC) at the Financial Conduct Authority. The CDC exercises certain decision-making powers in competition law investigations on behalf of the FCA, including whether there has been a competition law infringement and whether to impose a financial penalty.
