DT Economics is proud to announce that one of its partners, David Thomas, has recently been appointed as a specialist panel member at the UK's competition authority, the Competition and Markets Authority (the CMA). The role of a panel member is to be a decision taker on independent inquiry groups establised by the CMA in areas such as mergers, market investigations, competition cases and reviews or redeterminations of regulatory decisions such as price controls made by sectoral regulators.
