David Vincent is an econometrician and economic consultant with over 23 years of experience developing and applying economic models for scenario, counterfactual and damages analysis in complex, high-profile litigation matters across Europe and the United States.

Throughout his career, David has developed original econometric methods, statistical tests, and applied modelling tools and has presented this research at academic and practitioner conferences on topics including panel data, discrete choice demand estimation, functional-form testing and other empirical methods.

David is an active contributor to the UK Stata Conference, where he serves as a Member of the Scientific Committee and has co-chaired the conference in 2024 and will do so again in 2026 — roles in which he has shaped the conference programme and presented research on econometric methods and new Stata commands.
