Charles is an economic consultant, who has worked with DT Economics since graduating from university. He specialises in developing and building robust economic and financial models for use in expert witness cases or regulatory matters.

 

Charles has sectoral experience in telecoms and in aviation, in which he has led independent technical reviews of statutory regulatory accounts and conducted price benchmarking analysis.

Charles has an MSci in Mathematics from the University of Bristol.
