Dr Jonathan Fiske is an advisor with over 22 years of experience in regulated practices on business and markets. His focus areas are regulatory affairs, competition and intellectual property.

 

He has provided expertise in multi-million pound / dollar market development, investment enablement and asset protection objectives. His experience covers strategy development and implementation, operational advice, negotiating agreements, performing valuations, and advising on commercial dispute management. He has led assignments in M&A due diligence, regulatory instruments and policies, licensing, and market investigations in compliance, counterfeiting and market power abuse.

 

Dr Fiske has held senior positions in leading blue-chip companies, including Booz Allen Hamilton, Etisalat, Vodafone and Qualcomm. Jonathan has been Vice President of regulatory management, Regional Lead for a company’s IPR division, Head of department at operators, Advisor to the executive head of an authority, and as a specialist to investors, start-ups, operators and government agencies.
